Starting to Feel Real

Yep, after leaving work yesterday and seeing this it started to feel real...

Just 10 days...

Wedding Shower

Last Sunday {Feb.12th} the church threw us a wedding shower. It was such a blessing, and we had such a fun time! Great memories for sure!! We ended up with some much needed things for the new home. {Which I hope to show pictures of pretty soon.}

This post will be pretty picture heavy, but isn't that everyone's favorite part anyways?

Wedding Stuff

It's been a super long time since I last posted, I know, but things have been BUSY around here lately. I've been trying to get everything finished up for the wedding that is a month away!

I do believe I have finished everything... except for lights... I need clear string lights, which really isn't the easiest thing to find when it's not Christmas.

I picked up my dress last night, & it made it all that much more real to me. Honestly, it's almost unreal to think that I'm going to be married by this time next month.

I just thought I would share a few things that are going to be a part of the wedding...


Here would be my wedding shoes. I think I'm pretty much the only one who likes them, but I love them! I really don't care if everyone else thinks they are silly looking, like a friend of mine said the other night, they are me.

Instead of petals for the flower girls, I'm using this. The colors are perfect, & plus, clean-up will be much easier.

Wednesday Loves

Happy Wednesday!!

I keep getting my days mixed up today. I woke up thinking it was Tuesday, but I was wrong, it's Wednesday so it's time for Wednesday Loves. I haven't linked up with Jamie in a while, so today seems like a pretty good day.
{Even though I really need to be cleaning, but there is just too much that needs to be done online right now!}

-I'm Lovin'... that the house is finished being worked on! I can't wait to go out and see!

-I'm Lovin'... that I got my dress Saturday. Found it on the second dress. People are right... When you know, you know. & I did.

-I'm Lovin'... the idea of baby's breath. I already know for sure I am doing it at the reception, but I'm starting to like the idea of doing it in bouquets. Cheaper route than tons of flowers.
